Co-Founder and Executive Director of Albany County for Proper Policing (ACoPP), a community advocacy organization focused on police reform in Wyoming through transparency, accountability, and community oversight of law enforcement.

I have served as the primary instructor at the University of Wyoming in the departments of Psychology, Sociology, and Criminal Justice. I have taught two senior courses in Psychology and the Law and Child Maltreatment, as well as a sophomore course in Social Psychology. As the primary instructor for these courses, I developed a curriculum, assignments, and delivered lectures on campus and online in difficult topics ranging from child abuse to how to advocate for scientific policies at the Wyoming Legislature.
