On a daily basis, I am expected to help customers both in the store and on the phone with finding musical accessories, renting or buying an instrument, paying a rental bill, and signing up for in store music lessons. In the office I file school statements, post rental payments to accounts, look up account information for billing purposes, and balance school accounts. I also perform a cost analysis for the schools that we visit weekly.Additionally, I inventory the 4,000 instruments in our rental pool; I organize the back room and act as quality control.
