Envana Software Solutions, established in early 2023 as a collaboration between Halliburton and Siguler Guff Investors, offers essential emissions management software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for monitoring greenhouse gas emissions in the oil and gas sector. The Envana™ digital emissions management solution provides an intelligent and precise assessment of emissions, empowering companies with actionable information to oversee and diminish their overall carbon footprint. The software integrates Halliburton’s operational expertise and best practices in the oilfield. The venture's inaugural offering, Envana Catalyst, is a SaaS solution that enhances the transparency of the environmental impact of drilling, completions, and production operations. It improves the visibility of greenhouse gas emissions tracking and forecasting companywide and supports actionable recommendations throughout the upstream asset life, from planning and design to execution.

As the Managing Director, Portfolio Manager, and Head of Energy and Decarbonization Investments, I am responsible for creating the investment strategy for oil and gas (including drilling joint ventures in North America), energy transition, geothermal energy, clean technology, digitization, and decarbonization strategies. I am also responsible for selecting and negotiating investment opportunities, structuring fund investments and co-investments, and executing transactions. Siguler Guff & Company and its affiliates oversee around $20 billion in assets under management at our multi-strategy private equity investment firm.

As the Founder and CEO of NRG Worldwide LLC, a merchant banking firm, I oversaw investments and provided advisory services to companies in conventional and renewable energy, clean technology, and green infrastructure.
