As the Headmaster of the branch I was in charged of the commercial and academic management. The Commercial Management included activities such as sales, partnerships, sponsorships, marketing, social media, customer billing, customer service, Public Relations, Human Resources and events. About Academic Management, I was responsible to share the knowhow of the method with the staff in order to make every student live the Kids&Us experience. When I took this centre the enrollment was 53 and with my team we made it increase and I left with 140 students.
