Crisis comms - set the direction for internal comms to business leaders and staff by listening and curating FAQs from them during an IT security data breach.Careers site - redesigned and maintained it. Created new pages for jobs, contracts and employee benefits and produced advertising landing pages, written content, photos, blog posts - and films.Referral Program - managed its launch, offer and cost per hire metrics and refined the program's effectiveness, including campaign collateral. Job Advertising - developed message banks for candidate journeys and introduced tone of voice consistency. Employee Retention - surveyed new employees to improve hiring processes, reviewed retention metrics, and worked with the Talent team to design and deliver onboarding and retention strategies for contracts and candidates. Employee Value Proposition - updated and aligned it to the company's vision, mission and values and highlighted unique selling points as an employer. Employee Award and Impact Program - conceptualised a program to recognise and reward employees and showcase our organisational impact annually. Social Media - developed targeted recruitment campaigns and an ANZ social media strategy. Comms Planning - planned and drove key employment engagement activities, e.g., Safety, Diversity and Inclusion, and First Nations. Evaluation - measured the effectiveness of employer brand performance and presented to management on a 6-month basis to show data on key metrics and recommend improvements.
