Handle escalation and high severity issues, analysing and coordinating with other groups to fix the issues with in the agreed service levels. Design, develop, test, install and monitoring agreed solutions and new systems. Analyzing IT requirements and giving independent and objective advice on the use of IT, defining software, hardware and network requirements.

Mange all aspects of server and platform builds with in the private cloud. This including preparing project plans, scheduling and task management, capacity management and forecast. Meet with clients to determine requirements, define the scope of a project, planning timescales and the resources needed.
