• Overseeing all recovery of kit from various different projects within Tech Refresh from the UK and overseas sites• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to confirm primary and secondary points of contact • Resolving escalations and chasing delayed or DNA recoveries from sites• Supplying dates, times, driver and vehicle details plus security clearance details to site within an agreed 48 hour time slot

• Daily management of 4 staff members of Installation Network Support, Tech Refresh and Project Support Office.• Work with Project Manager/ Authority to ensure schedules are on track – review on weekly basis • Handle escalations from HPE, Partners and MOD and resolve with appropriate team • Feed information upwards into HPE and Atlas Management as required • Develop schedule version control processes, policies, and procedures• Work in collaboration with Project/Program Management team to drive consistency of the project• Maintain accurate records and paperwork• Facilitate and participate in weekly schedule and project reviews• Management of a daily inbox and responding to enquiries• Raising change requests for various different projects, including restricted sites• Issuing these changes onto the schedule and liaising with the implementation managers to determine any delays.• Dealing with any que management and chasing to resolve issues.

Service Line Management Office/ Tech Refresh/ NSoIT (RAM programme) Project Support• Document version change and control history of all documentation within the process• Processing draft and assured Hardware Solution Documents, Bill of Materials, Asset collection and sign off forms• Weekly schedule updates and updating any SLMO milestones relating to the above documentation• Resolving queries and escalations relating to discrepancies on all of the above documents.• Issuing all of the above to Atlas and DIST combined working (MOSS) external MOD secure systems• Performing weekly schedule meetings• Filing of Daily schedules and Start up Meeting reports• Reviewing weekly Change Requests issued from Installation Support Project Support Analyst• Ensuring that projects are run in compliance with the Organisation’s requirements• Providing guidance to project teams• Monitoring group mail box and working to SLA’s• Maintaining, Support and integrating project plans• Performing quality reviews and ensure all documents have correct version control with appropriate security markings.• Establishing and maintaining the project documentation library• Issuing reports to field engineers (IDA), consolidating review comments and Network and Comm’s comments• Obtaining Electrical Certificates and completing As Fitted site reports
