Paris-Turf is a Group leader in and sport & horse racing information. It is also a sport betting operator through its subsidiary GenyBet. In 2019 Paris-Turf launched a major transformation program based on Data, digitalization, and services for bettors.I joined the Group to lead this transformation within the management board:- define the strategy an create new service-based products dedicated to bettors,- increase the print profitability through an organizational audit,- change the data governance: acquire only data that generate revenue and switch from selling raw data to services and enriched data.- switch to Agile Products teams combining technology and business resources throughout the product life cycle: from ideation to go to market.- move to Google Cloud Platform as a technological enabler
