PRUDENCE MATHEBULA POPULARLY KNOWN AS PRULUVIs a multi-award winning Club Dj, Radio Producer, Radio Presenter, Radio and TV Voice Over Artist, MC and Program Director, Motivational Speaker, Mental Wellness Advocate, Writer, IT Specialist and Basketball player. Her largest audience and focus is in Entertainment, Corporate, IT, Sports, Youth & Women Empowerment, as well as Mental Wellness. She also holds various accolades for her outstanding work across the different platforms.Pruluv studied IT and has worked for Nedbank and Standard Bank as an IT Developer, Analyst Programmer, Business Analyst and Project Manager. While at Standard Bank, she was also the Deputy Chairperson of the IT Dev Transformation Forum, as well as the Health and Safety Representative. She also filmed an advertorial where she educated viewers about the IT Development Department. Pruluv has won various awards throughout her IT career.After achieving her career goal of being an IT Project Manager, Pruluv commenced her Entertainment career as a Presenter and Producer of a daily Youth Show on Radio Veritas and thereafter progressed to Present and Produce the Breakfast show on Channel O Radio.Pruluv’s big break in media came when she interned on Metro FM, and a year later she was given a contract to Produce a new, afternoon drive show on Metro FM, the Touchdown, which became a major success. She became a co-Presenter of the Dance Culture radio show on Metro FM on Saturdays. Soon afterwards, she stood in as a Presenter on various shows and made waves when she stood in as the Presenter of the Touchdown. Soon after, Pruluv presented her own show, titled The Official Afterparty on Metro FM. She made history by creating an AI, computerised voice for the Metro FM Lunch Time show known as the “Pruluv voice.” Pruluv has also won a number of Radio Awards.Pruluv rose to prominence as an international club dj and event headliner, having djed in countries such as Botswana, Swaziland, Zambia and Lesotho. She also djed at the international Africa Rise concert which was televised on BET and various US and European TV networks. She was also one of 3 judges of the Smirnoff 1818 Shayingoma Female Dj Search, which was televised on SABC 1.Pruluv has been an MC and Program Director for both informal and formal events for over a decade. She's done voice overs for a number of notable brands. She is also a Motivational Speaker and uses her Public Speaking skills to advocate for Mental Health and Wellness and has since launched Pruluv Wellness.Pruluv is also the CEO of Pruluv Productions.
