As a firm believer that IT and business must go hand-in-hand, I also have a background in IT support and have seen how essential it is for any business. Having leveraged my in-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software, strong customer service skills, and attention to detail, I have worked in hospitals to ensure that the systems are running smoothly, which is very critical for such an environment.
