I did training in payroll During my second year in Tshwane University of technology 2010, I got knowledge of what payroll entails and I feel I won’t go anywhere without practical experience, I have a certificate as prove. I have worked for SABC Mpumalanga as an HR intern for a period of 12 months. I have experience with in the field of Human Resources with SABC Mpumalanga and I intend on gaining more skills within the corporate world of business as I am a hard worker with full self-determination and with the eager to learn more each day. My responsibilities as an HR intern of SABC includes Assisting HR Administrator with job applications profiling for shortlisting purposes ,Updating leave book and making sure that manual leave day applications have Serial numbers and are recorded including time offs, Coordinating intern’s monthly reports, Daily filling of personnel documents ,Wellness Clinic email correspondences, Assisting HR Administrator with scheduling interviews and arranging Venues with other provincial office as well as doing monthly distribution of payslips to provincial unit administrators. Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments at an organization. I have the ability to work within a team as well as cross-team. I am flexible and can work for any department or any level as long as i set my mind into my work. I am ready to learn more in advancing both my knowledge and skills within the company and community at large, I feel I am ready for new challengesi am passionate about my career, but i also wish to branch into media, like drama, TV Programming as well as presenting, i believe in my mental ability.
