Prue has over 16 years experience working in the Recruitment and IT Services Industry as Service Delivery Manager, Team Leader, IT Account Manager and Client Engagement Manager; her business focus has been on medium to large scale accounts across the Commercial and Government sector both in ACT and across Australia.Prue is currently working with Atturra within their Cloud and Applications team as Delivery Manager where she is responsible for establishing scrum across a number of projects and managing sprint plans, act as an escalation point to all team members, coaching the team in self-management and cross-functionality.Prior to joining Atturra, Prue was engaged with Hudson as Manager for their Business Support Practice in Canberra managing a small team responsible for providing resources and scribing services to both government and commercial clients.Prue has experience working as a Scribe and Panel Member working on both small and large bulk selection processes ranging from APS Level 3 to SES Band 1 positions. Prue has some experience using e-recruit for managing APS and Executive Level positions. Prue has completed a Diploma in Leadership and Management, Certificate IV in Frontline Management and has held membership with RCSA and APSCo (previously ITCRA)
