I am currently working as an online instructor for the University of People. I teach Online Education Strategies. Each term lasts for a total of 9 weeks. The ninth week is a 4-day period where students complete the final exam. The exam is given and graded online. Worked part-time adjunct faculty member in the Continuing Education Department at Broward College, teaching Project Management Introduction. I designed the Project Management Introduction course using College's PowerPoint presentation, the PMBOK, and my experience. I created Instructors and Participant Guides. Copies of the Participant Guide were given to each student for note-taking, study, and future reference. I created a 10-question multiple-choice exam that the students completed online at the end of the course. 20+ years as a Senior Corporate Trainer specializing in the Instructional Design and Facilitation of Project Management, Business Analysis, MS Project, Excel, and Visio courses.20+ years of experience as a Project Manager in business applications and training projects. I managed large projects with as many as 15 direct reports. In addition, I manage projects with several indirect reports. In the future, facilitate and design asynchronous project management, business analysis, and instructional design courses.I designed and facilitated instructor-led. I designed e-learning courses. I managed projects for my instructor-led and asynchronous eLearning courses through implementation using Agile concepts. The applications used with a high level of expertise in my position are Excel, LeaderGuide Pro, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Word. I used Adobe Connect, Articulate 360, and Captivate with moderate expertise.I mentored project managers and trainers through the local chapters of professional organizations, Project Management Institute (PMI), and the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
