- Balance Sheet and Income Statement full responsability, granting correct bookkeeping and accuracy of whole general ledger;- Coordination of a team of 5 people;- Manage and supervise whole month end close process in statutory and reporting environments;- Handle tax and fiscal tasks and deadlines;- Prepare yearly statutory financial statement and adjustments up to tax calculation, supporting audit and external consultants;- Ensure, on a monthly basis, the data consistency between local data warehouse (accounting system), the reporting tools and Hyperion, operating specific IFRS/IAS adjustements when required;- Intercompany reconciliations among both local and group entities;- Perform Capex Reporting, Reconciliations and Monitoring.

- Perform periodic and ad-hoc analyses and prepare reports on KPIs, competitors, and financial trends;- Work directly with decision makers to understand, define, and document current and possible future business goals, needs, and requirements;- Develop, distribute, and maintain ad-hoc reporting templates for investment to report financial and operational information to local management and group reporting/FP&A;- Retrieve and utilize information from the accounting system and other data sources;- Ensure the data consistency between local data warehouse (accounting system), the reporting tool and Hyperion, operating specific IFRS/IAS adjustements if required;- Prepare weekly flash and monthly rolling forecast, analysing impacts and future potential risks/opportunities to allow management to take prompt actions;- Assist in yearly budget preparation and submission, monitoring the periodic discrepancies in order to rectify and justify them;- Perform Capex Reporting, Reconciliations and Monitoring.
