What I have learned from being a badminton coach is a lot of different things that can apply to many parts of our life. When you teach someone you must adapt to his style. You have to convince him that he can do certain things even if he did not do it before. You quickly learn to be friendly and open-minded is worth it.A lot of mistakes will have a different solution based on the player,As an account manager, I have to use what I learned as a coach. I have to correct my own mistakes. I quickly learn new skills. I can listen until I have enough information to make my decisions based on facts.What I like most is interact with people help them when they need help. To face challenges and try out new things to improve even as a person.
