Quality Control Laboratory Technician
Current• Implement and execute the requirements of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), FSSC 22000, participates in verification programs, performs calibrations, maintain and upkeep laboratory instruments and equipment, records laboratory inventory as needed in all laboratory operation•Microbiological testing, recording and reporting along with preparing, pouring and autoclave media• PCR• Monitor drift samples to track down any change in sensory or analytical tests. In case of drift, performed PCR/Micro to troubleshoot• Interpret Pasteurization Unit Logger readings. Analyticals - titratable acidity, colour (SRM) and bitterness (IBU), alcolyzer, C-box, manual titration, water check, chlorine test• Yeast Cell Count to evaluate yeast’s health and monitor efficiency of brewing
