• Worked on sulphone based specialty chemical products.• Operating 2400 TPA 4,4 DCDPS Salable product plant along with MCB recovery plant from DCS panel as well as field and taking independent charge of shift.• Operating 1000 TPA 4,4 DDS plant along with Ammonia recovery, DDS recovery and copper recover unit.• Taking independent charge of 1400 TPA 4,4 DCDPS captive plants.• Worked on batch process as well as continue solvent recovery process plant.• Handling different types of recovery like copper hydroxide, ammonia, methanol, MCB.• Carrying out and ensure safe, efficient and timely start up operations• Continue the activities of previous shift as per prescribed procedure.• Identify non conformities, hazards, leakage, deviations in process parameter and take corrective actions by implementing CAPA and WHY-WHY analysis.• Documentation of process parameters in E-log-sheet and preparation of daily report and work permit in ORACLE.• Coordination with respective departments for trouble free operations• Handling of equipment such as SS 304 reactors, MSGL reactors, Graphite Evaporator, Agitated Nutch Filter (ANF), Centrifuge, Rotary Vacuum Paddle Dryer (RVPD), Distillation Column, diaphragm pump,Thermic fluid heater, Vibro shifter, Hammer mill, ACM etc.• Material management and man power planning for smooth operation of plant.• Preparing different reports like solvent consumption, utility consumption, raw material consumption, FG movement, DMT charts, MPR, MSR, 5-S, SOA, etc.• Preparing documents of ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015.• Ensure strict compliance of define SOP and SHE procedure.• Provide SHE training and daily safety talk to manpower on structured manner.• Cordial relation with internal department like QA ,QC, Maintenance, utility, store, WH, etc
