As a Certified IT Business Analyst (IT BA), I have gained practical experience and expertise in dealing with internal and external stakeholders, gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements, and developing and maintaining product documentation, as well as an in-depth understanding of business analysis, analytical skills, and conceptual thinking. Currently at Browse 360 acting as a liaison between the business and the IT team to translate business needs into IT requirements. Also, I am assisting with identifying, analyzing, and documenting the current and future systems' architecture and functionality. I am responsible for evaluating the processes and methods used in existing, potential, or developing ICT systems and analyzing and defining software requirements, and working closely with UX to guide design and development. I am also responsible for working with all areas of the business to analyze and define business requirements, establish effective and efficient processes, and implement better systems and practices that maximize performance.
