I have joined ola electric with the designation Graduate engineer trainee in Bangalore.Firstly I have worked in a state distribution center where I have looked after PDI , charging and software update in sales scooters in the entire SDC.After 2 months , I reported to the Bangalore CCW then management was given me the responsibility of MOVE OS 1.0.8 software update in the field where I have done more than 150 plus vehicles.I have cleared more than 350 plus tickets in the field regarding service related and range drop issues.Then I have started handling the field operations regarding customer complaints in both field and CCW through COET / Calls / Email / Social media & HO escalation , where the load was too high with 1200 + tickets which is highest in PAN India at that point of time.After taking the appointments from customers , we did the assigning of tickets for the service champions who are working in the field more than 25 plus with service scooters / VAN / Cabs / public transport also any breakdown vehicles also assigned Service champions on an urgent basis.Based on those commitments we have follow-ups with technicians for the field. We arranged proper tools for the field and sent along with technicians.Closing of tickets in Zendesk and closing of job cards in getafix on a regular basis after attending and completion of customer complaints.Cleared the service related issues of pre-sale scooter which were escalated by the sales team.Giving the training and technical support regarding diagnosis for service champions both in field and CCW.I have trained more than 10 GET's regarding field operations , diagnosing , telematics and interpersonal skills.After 1 year of training period I got promoted to Diagnosis engineerI have been transferred to Hyderabad after 1.5 years working in Bangalore.I visited every experience center where service is live and escalated the issues to the management regarding the process.Presently I'm looking after 4 ECW Workshops in Telangana state i.e.KarimnagarNizamabadWarangalSiddipetAt present Handling both escalation cases , warranty & payment cases , Diagnosing the scooter , closing the job cards , handling insurance cases in all the EC's which are allocated to me & Customer handling
