Providing Level-1/2 support in Troubleshooting Network problems, outages, scheduling upgrades; monitoring network traffic to maximize Network performance and Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.

Troubleshooting problems faced by customers like packet drop issue, reachability issue, latency, slow browsing and upload-download issues on network.Monitoring the the overall network devices using PRTG.Performing L1 level troubleshooting and take appropriate actions like involving vendors, involving local IT's and other stakeholders to minimize the outage time and quick recovery of network failure.

Troubleshooting issues of customers related to GPON fiber network.Configuration of end devices such as FDH (Fiber Distribution Hub), NAP (Network Access Points) and activate required number of splitters as per requirement.Logically activating the GPON services at customer premises using FMS application and also release/activate the site logically once field engineer complete work at site and send go ahead.
