Orcanos is an online Compliance Platform. Orcanos integrates Design Control (Application Lifecycle Management), a formalized Quality Management System (QMS), and the keys to Regulatory Compliance in one central access point.

As the head of Product and Site Manager of the Israeli office, I was responsible for the product roadmap as well as all product management and development aspects of the WebcastPro and Virtual Environment platform.As such, the Product managers and R&D managers were reporting to me.I was also managing the West UC Israel site, overseeing all HR, Legal, administration aspects, including the annual budget of the platform production sites and the budget of the Israeli office.Unisfair was acquired by Intrado (previously West corporation) in March 2011.

Responsible for the company's day-to-day operations, legal affairs, and the overall management of IncrediMail Ltd. Managing the development group - CTO was reporting to me, as well as, the Creative department, the HR & Administration department, the Technical Support department and one Product Manager of IncrediMail’s special projects product line (100+ employees).

Responsible for the design and development life cycle of the IncrediMail product line and online systems. Leading the development team from starup to the release of the first IncrediMail beta version and the major version releases that followed.

Led the applications R&D group of ProcessPlanner (“eMPower”) - Tecnomatix Technologies' Manufacturing-Planning product line.Managed a group of 12 developers and coordinated development efforts with subcontractors.Responsible for design and development of the planning and visualization applications of ProcessPlanner.Responsible for initiating the process planning applications at Tecnomatix Technologies and for implementing them at BMW and other major automotive and aerospace manufacturers.

Led the Rapid development team.Responsible for development of new applications in Tecnomatix Technologies’ Robcad product line and give rapid technological solutions for customers requirements.

Software developer in the ABS R&D team.Involved in design of development of the Robcad CAPE (Computer Added Production Engineering) applications and infrastructure. Responsible for the 3D Modeling application of Robcad product line.
