• Development of new products and optimization projects - participation in the operational planning of activities in a pilot plant following project priorities; • Member of the TPM pillar of Focused Improvement working on projects to reduce and eliminate labor in the production lines (elimination of 20% of jobs), reduction of cleaning time for machines (more than 30%) and reducing losses; Member and responsible for the implementation of the Quality Maintenance pillar acting directly in improving the quality of products, creating standards for the specification of raw materials, packaging and final product and reducing the number of product defects (more than 25%); member of the Autonomous Maintenance pillar evaluating opportunities for improvement, training, risks and improving the productivity of production lines, through tools, project implementation and synergy with the other pillars; and participant in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing; • Training in Green Belt, and winning 2nd place in the Yellow Belt project of the whole Nestlé Brazil, acting directly in reducing manpower and costs.
