I am a doctorpreneur and expert clinical investigator.

I gained my clinical experience starting out as a regular clinical investigator moving on through the innovative concept of remote expert clinician rater, to the position of primary investigator in my own SMO, as well as National Study Coordinator. 

As a PI and NC I went through a demanding study process, increasing in complexity and difficulty, as well as the challenging task of patient recruitment in order to achieve my study targets. 

As the founder of an outpatient clinic and head manager of SMO, I learned how to manage projects and teams to reach ambitious business goals. 

At end of 2014, I supported several investigative sites in an NCS study with the re-invented concept of remote referral physicians. 

The results of clinician collaboration with sites using myScreen, a low-cost app developed for such a purpose, confirmed the assumption that well-informed physicians, equipped with an easy to use tool, can successfully support investigation sites remotely in their pre-screening process.

The above scenario encouraged me to focus my business efforts on building a custom tool called ClinWork, to help remodel the existing paradigm of clinical sites conducting clinical trials to the concept of "smart sites”, agile and efficient organizations who accomplish tasks with less effort and reduced daily backlogs, while at the same time focusing on what really matters and collaborating actively with professional colleagues from outside investigative sites in the course of conducting clinical trials.

ClinWork is now a dynamically developed project, run by a tight and agile team of skilled IT engineers focused on developing a cloud- based Investigative Site Intelligence System to improve the communication and performance of investigative sites, enabling proper risk management for sponsors as a part of adapting to new, risk-based monitoring models of current clinical trials.
