Lead the development of the project scope statement, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.-Determine project duration, workload, sequence and dependencies for tasks required to meet applicable project objectives, develop and maintain detailed project plans, acquire project resources, and work with resource managers to drive requirements plans.-Develop project budgets and forecasts, obtain approval from relevant stakeholders, analyze and maintain financial forecast information, and manage project budgets.-Support the establishment of quality objectives, standards, criteria and levels using appropriate quality management methods with input from relevant stakeholders.-Identify potential risks/issues, recommend, communicate and implement risk management plans to support the project manager's direction and ensure that identified and assigned risks are addressed.-Develop, document and implement project communication plans, manage communication among all applicable stakeholders, establish, develop and maintain effective relationships with applicable project stakeholders, manage vendor relationships and resolve conflicts among project participants.-Develop project management and business expertise to build credibility, develop a compelling case based on facts, act decisively to determine the pros and cons of decisions and the appropriate course of action.-Continuously improving management style and documentation, focusing on speed to value, and managing a roadmap for iterative approaches

Support the client configuration of member plans to assist in the roll-out of HouseCalls programIdentify, analyze, and review opportunities to improve member data quality via client rosters and supplemental data (i.e., provider, claims, labs)Present analysis and recommendations for cross-functional operational review and approvalDevelop, recommend, and implement process improvements through research and analysis of data and business processesWorking with business and IT partners to remediate identified gaps using both manual and automated solutionsAct as an advisor and subject matter expert for data-centric business and technology initiatives, projects and/or programsOngoing management and maintenance of HouseCalls data policies, standards, and processesExhibits confidence and expertise with presentations, customer service, business acumen, and negotiation skills at all levels of customer engagement
