Profit and loss is in the nature of business, we might not control the external factors. However if; efforts, dedication and knowledge will become the part of our nature we can be managed these non controlling external factors. As an Operations manager, I believe team work and the controlled process flow can be the major outlook to conquer any unsaid business challenges.
