Working as Technical Support Engineer (SSD L1) :-• Resolving escalated tickets from L0 support through eSupport (Kayako Fusion) as per the SLA.• Analyzing various reports/notifications generated from server end through OTRS ticketing system such as logwatch reports, scheduled cron jobs related to backup/disk usage or updates for operating system or applications hosted on servers (Linux/Windows).• Troubleshooting the escalated CRITICAL services & analyzing the performance graph (pnp) as well as bandwidth usage graph of monitored services of the network devices like switches, routers, servers in data center through the monitoring tools like Nagios, MRTG and resolving the same if any abnormalities found to maintain the server health.• Hands on experience on the incident management process to restore a normal service operation as quickly as possible and to minimize the impact on business operations, thus ensuring that the best possible levels of service quality and availability are maintained.• Performing scheduled tasks related to NOC back office like backup tasks on servers (Linux/Windows).• Doing Server Management tasks on allocated servers from SSD Executive & preparing reports regarding the same on daily, weekly & monthly basis for allocated servers (Linux/Windows).• Resolving/Troubleshooting/Escalating the abnormalities found in the logs on servers like application logs, system logs, event viewer log reports generated from server end via RDP or SSH.• Assisting the SSD Team Lead for the tasks assigned.• Assisting the SSD Team Lead for report preparations.Environment : Webmin 1.810, Virtualmin 5.03, cPanel 11.42, WHM, WHMCS, Putty, OTRS 5, Kayako Fusion, Cent OS 5/6/7, RHEL 5/6/7, CloudLinux, Citrix Xen Servers, Citrix Xen Center, Windows Server 2003/2008/2012, Nagios 3.5.0, Hyper V, iTop, Citrix Virtualization, KeePass, Psi, Cloud Servers.
