CurrentProject & Deliverable Roadmaps: Define comprehensive project and deliverable roadmaps for two distinct teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Deliver weekly project summaries and roadmap presentations to stakeholders, outlining project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.Project Progress Analysis: Own multiple parallel project progress analysis, prioritization, status reporting, and dependency/bottleneck resolution.Requirements Gathering & Test Planning: Lead the requirements gathering process for upcoming sprints and future quarters. Ensure comprehensive test coverage across embedded software, backend platforms, and container/agent API components.Backlog Development & PI Planning: Assist in development and maintaining Agile SDLC backlog of user stories for manual and QA automation teams.Scope Definition & Test Suites: Define project scope and established delivery date commitments for user acceptance, integration, and regression test suites based on stakeholder prioritiesVendor Liaison: Collaborate with OEM vendors to manage new feature development, defect prioritization, and implementation scope, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Deliver agile sprint-based risk assessments to the program-level team, identifying project scope gaps and providing actionable mitigation strategies, including timeline and resource allocation adjustments.Standardization of Testing Processes: Implement standardization for test modules/suites, ensuring consistency across testing cycles for new product introductions (NPI), and existing products.
