Support the function development and day-to-day operational activities:- Definition of the new offer (identification of new trends, launch of new trainings and related content definition)- Learning catalog update- Marketing and communication of the available offers (HR newsletter, global newsletter content, special events presentations/goodies/promotional supports)- Implementation and content maintenance of the new Learning platform: content definition, organization of the content, access management and definition of the different roles. - Creation of ad hoc learning paths: in the new platform and in the current available tools (e.g. LinkedIn learning) for on boarding (new comers and new managers) for specific functions o for ad hoc projects.- Definition of the digital education framework for the employees.- Day-to-day activities: data gathering, process definition support, preparation of presentations to executives, KPIs analysis and benchmarking

• Manage the complete recruitment process: Screening candidate CVs , applications and qualifying experience. Interview and manage the end-to-end interview process including the arrangement of technical interviews with members of the technical team.• Collaborate with the intern clients on a regular basis and proactively to identify future hiring needs.• Develop and implement a program to attract new talent using databases, social, media networks, jobs fair etc.• Provide regular feedback to Recruitment manager regarding challenges and opportunities for improvement in Recruitment administration and processes.• Work as part of the Wellbeing team to promote internal activities.

• Booking internal and external training sessions, monitoring attendance and reporting on feedback for all training courses. • Tracking spend in line with the agreed training budget. • Supporting on research for new training courses and making appropriate recommendations in line with the team’s skills gaps and overall business strategy.• Managing the evolution of the Learning & Development platform; encouraging use of and contribution to said platform.

• Manage the complete recruitment process.assessment center, interviews and presentation of candidates to managers.• Prepare recruitment materials and candidate documents.• Teach the new members of the team the work of their positions.• Collaborate with the Onboarding Process.
