Expanded Department Store Sales by 64% in a time span of 6 months (AUG-DEC) and achieved monthly sales of $3.8K in (DEC) with 21% MOM by enacting HILO, Variable pricing strategies in different promotions like BOGO, QTY Drive etc.* Accomplished the assigned objectives by achieving Store Target in 3 consecutive months, by leveraging monthly Sales from $82K to $107K (Aug -Dec 23) ie 30% of growth, and by increasing both footfall & Basket Value by 20% & 7% respectively.* Supervised to revamp all distorted "Return To Vendor" (RTV) processes in the store through proper follow ups with each supplier that in turn resulted in clearing off all Ageing,Damage & Expired SKU'S valuing $6.1K within the prescribed time span.
