Prepare purchase / work orders and follow up the vendors to arranging the material in time. Issuing of tender documents / agreements.Evaluation of tenders, selection and execution of agreements and award of contracts, monitoring the contracts till completion. Close liaison with finance & user departments.Frequently attending local market enquiry. Preparing weekly and monthly reports. Attending local purchase.
