Worked on several key projects with focus on student satisfaction, increased booking rates (both first time bookings and returned bookings) and student-teacher relationships for B2C and B2B customers.These included:- Student/teacher profiles: adding a social aspect by creating user profiles which are easily searchable and allow students to find the most suitable teacher and book them in various places throughout the online school.- Teacher recommendations: using elastic search technology to recommend the most suitable teacher and topic for our students.- Responsible for constantly improving the online reporting center to meet corporate customers demands in terms of data tracking and progress reporting.- Improvement of EF Center mobile app for Chinese users and roll-out of the app to Indonesia, Spain and Russia.- Constant collaboration with UX and UI designers to offer the best end to end user journeys possible,- Implemented proper tracking for all products to create a holistic picture of the actual usage and ensure that future changes and improvements are based on solid data.This role has ended in June 2017 as I moved to Zurich to be with my wife.

Defined the product strategy and road map for successful digitalization of a wide range of internal systems and processes for the organization's global teacher force (5 centers with about 2000 teachers) and the teacher administrations and operations team.Overall strategy:- Increase efficiency in terms of quality and output- Increase teacher satisfaction and retention rate- Achieve scalability of processes and systems to meet the demands of an ever growing teacher forceKey projects and achievements:- Conceptualized and built online scheduling and assignment system which resulted in a significant deduction of human errors during the scheduling process. Increased efficiency of the (previously manual) assignment process by 800%.- Improved existing writing correction tool and increased hourly output by 100%.- Worked closely with the design team to create teacher personas.- Automated and digitalized the teacher recruitment process and built a teacher management system in Salesforce. Decreased overall process time by 500%.- Built an online dashboard that allowed teaching center managers and academic operations team to monitor KPIs in real time.- Improved teacher utilization by 80% by building a system that distributed tasks and teacher in real time based on the actual demand.
