Maar ik stuur ook actief op hoe de Agile Release Trains binnen Stedin hun output maximaliseren en transparant maken, bv door hun business objectives op te stellen tijdens de BRP en achteraf te toetsen met de business owners en dit vervolgens in een dashboard transparant te maken.In mijn werk kijk ik graag nét een stapje verder dan van me verwacht wordt. Niet alleen omdat dit handig is voor Stedin, maar omdat ik hier echt van kan genieten. En plezier in je werk is de sleutel tot succes.
