I’m driven by a passion to provide what it is I want to see in the world - understanding, integrity, dedication, excellence, and empathy. When these values, although hard fought, are elevated, the outcomes of sustainability, wellness, utility, and justice can be realized. Additionally, guided by a desire to improve processes, and to structure efficiencies within workflows has allowed me to introduce systemic changes within local agencies. Specifically, having had the opportunity to serve in local government for the past 10 years, I’ve assisted with and developed the analysis necessary to consider minimum wage ordinance adoption, structure a $6 million municipal grant program, and build collaboration across sectors and agencies.Ultimately, my passions have led me to pursue my Joint Master's Degree in Public Policy and Business Administration (MPP/MBA). Furthermore, the principles of social justice and equity, and their role within public and private actions are representative of the most promising practices within policy creation.
