Matdistribution koordineras dagligen. Över 20 bussar shuttlar lag till och från cupen. I cupen ingår 1700 lag (+40.000 spelare) från över 80 länder vilka fördelas på över 60 olika boenden. Utöver cupen genomförs också invigning på Nya Ullevi inför 50.000 åskådare och Leaders Party med 2300 matgäster på Scandinavium. Alla ad hoc situationer ska omhändertas. Efter cupen rivs allt och återställs inom 48 timmar. För att lösa uppdraget digitaliserade vi både planeringen och uppföljningen.
