Senior management of SPB Project – Brazilian Payment System: - Led full lifecycle of the product development, since the conception, passing through design, implementation, selling and deploying on seven large Brazilian and International banks; - Led three project managers and over fifty technicians who worked in teams: specification, design, implementation, testing and deployment.Managed the project development and deployment of an integrated system for financial investments that was made of the subsystems: Portfolio Management; Time Deposit Certificates, Risk Analysis and Deposit under Notice;Deployment and maintenance of Savings Accounts System.
