New function, created in order to improve the communication towards the healthcare workers and the efficiency of the different processes of the unit. Task examples : • Product owner for 2 main apps : registry of Belgian healthcare workers and registry of healthcare groups. • Definition of the unit needs regarding new IT applications. • Improvement of the existing documentation and efficiency regarding the healthcare workers files or complaints.

• Project management following the PMBoK and PRINCE2 framework, inside a partnership with the Ministry of Health (SPF Santé Publique) Main projects : creation of an electronic healthcare workers database and an e-portfolio. • Sector specific project management : new financing model for the home nursing associations. • Problem solving related to the healthcare sectors, after the demands by their sector commissions

• Tendering process management for the new dialysis equipment • Management of a new and understaffed team• Application of new nursing and medical procedures• Flow and stock optimization

• Meeting management in order to propose new quality improvement projects• Coordination with support departments • Budget analysis and management for the Nursing Department • Problem solving and research for alternatives in nursing equipment • Participation in work groups for different public tenders regarding medical and nursing equipment

• Intern’s training and follow-up, as well as participation as External Promotor in their Bachelor Thesis. • Vital parameters and treatment management. • Participation to the Rich-Q research network
