Built the human-centered design practice (a shared service touching all digital products) within CVS Health from the ground-up, transforming a UX team into a group / process specifically designed to serve the human beings we create for. Comprised of user research, in-house usability testing / reporting, accessibility, UX architecture, UX design, visual design, and front-end development, we create in an inclusive capacity to best represent the world (and environment) around us.

Design Director for Nansen's Chicago office, managing a team of front-end developers, UX architects, and visual designers. Actively assists in the creative direction for projects in the London and Stockholm offices as well. In a hands-on capacity, primary duties include the core UX process on projects: pre-study, user interviews, conducting workshops, sketching, wireframing, iterating, usability testing, visual design, and managing client expectations throughout. The Account Management facet is in inclusive of proposal writing, new business, setting budgets, delivering project/milestone calendars, watching hours, and being an overall good will ambassador of behalf of the agency.

Manager/design lead of the Interactive team within New Control, responsible for being the sole funnel for all interactive projects. Managed the coding/QA process for all releases, responsible for overseeing all interactive creative, and presenting to clients. Clients included Chase, Sony, Humana, The Economist, Chrysler, and Fifth Third Bank.

Lead the creative initiative of the agency across digital and print media. Maintained strict usability and accessibility standards for government-based online initiatives. Clients included Fermilab, CERN, the US Department of Energy, JLM Couture, American Library Association.

Manager/founder of the Usability and Interface Design group. Involved in designs of all interfaces for internal, as well as customer-facing, applications. Developed/maintains corporate design standards. Conducted usability testing with real users on interfaces before they reach public consumption.

Designer of web app UIs for online supply chain management applications; clients included Nike and IBM. Project managed complex pieces, including delegating workflow to teammates globally.

Helped form the digital design offshoot of (then-named) marketing company Davies, Pacheco, and Murphy (presently "Movéo"). Runner-up, National Marketing Association (www.marketing.org) awards for logo design for Ideacube e-Media, December '99.
