I'm looking for properties for our professional clients, who, for various reasons, require long-stay rentals (3/5/7 years). Properties rented (from existing landlords) will be rented out either as Serviced Accommodation, or as HMO's (Houses Of Multiple Occupation) for negotiated, comparable market rents, meaning the landlords gain back their time, will still earn rent, will, of course, still own their property, massively reduce stress, and know that their property has to be looked after & maintained, to a high standard, as our clients themselves, require a high standard. All properties are returned in a similar (or better) condition, than at the outset. NB. This is a fully compliant & legal method, and is becoming a common practice throughout the industry.
