2006 - 2019 Custom Wall Mapping As the Custom Wall Mapping Manager, I am responsible for dealing with clients who required bespoke mapping products either to assist with their business or for decorative purposes. My day to day responsibilities include:• Dealing with enquiries from start to finish. • Creating detailed samples and quotations. • Producing print ready files. • Printing internally using a wide format plotter. • Encapsulating and board mounting.• Arranging production through third parties. • Taking payments and invoicing. • Purchasing media products. • Designing marketing material.2009 - 2019 Digital and Copyright Assistant As well as my role in Custom Wall Maps, I was asked to assist in the Digital and Copyright department as my skills were easily transferable to this role. I am responsible for:• Providing accurate quotations. • Creating high resolution digital maps. • Issuing Licences based on the end use. • Attending customer meetings• Providing quarterly updates/support. • Invoicing. • Creating quarterly royalty reports. As well as the above, I've designed new products, advertising material and brochures using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Affinity Designer.
