• Serve in an interim IT leadership role for various industries nationwide who either endured a security breach, the workload was above peak capacity, an unexpected turnover situation had occurred, or the business required continuity of projects while a permanent replacement was found.• Perform cyber security assessments, cyber security awareness training, IT audits, compliance, and certification services to assist organizations in meeting their compliance mandates and prepare for their next audits.• Perform business continuity and disaster recovery assessments. Testing organizations business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure that they work when it really counts.• Perform cloud readiness assessments to ensure that the organization is deploying the right workload against the proper type of cloud model. Recommend cloud technology platforms including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, and IBM.• Perform technical staff assessments and evaluations including developing training & mentoring programs. Assist with the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of all IT positions.• Technical architect responsible for analyzing, designing and in some cases even implementing solutions for customers. These solutions include managed services, security and compliance, business continuity and disaster recovery, Zscaler, iBoss, Cisco/Juniper/HP/Dell networking and network security, Symantec, SolarWinds, Oracle/SUN, Microsoft, Cisco Unified Computing System, enterprise storage and virtualization technologies.
