Over the years I've been put in many situations where the goal was unclear and the road to get there was difficult, but was directed to make it there regardless. I pride myself on my ability to get an objective done no matter what. As a result of my prior work experience and reviews I've recieved from my employers, I believe I'm a great employee and very flexible to any position I am assigned.Throughout my education as well as the different jobs I've held I have learned to be a team player. I've been a part of teams of my best friends as well as complete strangers and have been successful with both. I feel I am a leader and have no problem doing so, but I also know when to let others take charge. I also believe a team works best when everyone plays to their strengths.My work style is all about efficiency and effectiveness. The more I can get done quickly, the better. I enjoy going out of my way to help others, while still completing my own tasks. I love having a plan and staying organized, but throughout my work experience know that isn't always possible and one must adapt. I make sure that every customer gets the very best service and try my best to make sure they are happy and comfortable.
