CurrentAs the head of Retail Bank Product at Capital One, I am responsible for driving the division's continual transformation into a major technology and experience player. This important work fuels the bold vision and strategy for products that deeply impact the lives and financial freedom of millions of Retail Bank customers.I work with an organization of more than 300 associates who envision, develop and promote industry-leading, market-defining products and services. The team works at the vanguard of human-centered design, business strategy and emerging technologies to shape the vision for Capital One’s Retail Bank. Retail Bank products include digital mobile software and hardware products, including the future of ATMs, as well as software that supports in-person experiences, back office operations and financial products. The team is also focused on building machine learning models to protect our customers from fraud and to anticipate customer needs before they even interact with us. The organization’s core pillars include customer experience, growth, payments, account servicing platforms, customer support operations, and data management and protection.
