For over two decades, I've been fully committed to my career. I started as a human resources manager, a role I held for nearly three years before moving to Finland. Here, I took on the challenge of learning Finnish while also working as a nurse, immersing myself in the culture and work environment of my new home. Since April 2020, I've worked as a nurse and now feel ready to return to my main specialty, HR, with a wealth of cultural knowledge and experience.In the fall of 2022, I teamed up with a group of experts in healthcare, IT, and management to create Hoitek, a company dedicated to promoting comprehensive well-being. Our first priority is to make a deep impact on Finnish society, but we're also committed to a global perspective, with plans to expand beyond Finland's borders.
