I was handling claims of our warranty partners of France in an internal system. I was responsible to decide the used items and labor during repairs are due to be paid by us or not, whether the guarantee was valid or could cover activities. I contacted them if something was wrong or needed to be confirmed. Also, about necessary items during delivery process, I was the assigned colleague between agreed partners and our logistical partner. In addition, I reviewed monthly payment data to process the final payment.

I was providing credit card and payment solutions in French and Hungarian language for the Citi Commercial Cards' Front Office Customer Care for its 500 most important business partners in EMEA. My daily tasks included handling inbound and outbound calls, working on problem escalations, fraud and complaints for high profile clients. Also, my duties involved assisting line managers and specialists with quality control to identify any staff training needs and proactively make procedure improvements.

I worked for an international car rental company's French-language Customer Care. We received calls and e-mail queries from individual French and foreign customers, tour operators and other countries for the post-rental period.
