Tasks include the specification, implementation, deployment and expansion of solution concepts, offering related consultation in customer projects and supporting projects in the pre-sales and acquisition phase.

High-Temperature Plasma Physics Research Division.Responsibilities:- Experimental plasma turbulence research on the LHD stellarator experiment - Planning and implementation of turbulence experiments within an international research team- Development of Python codes for statistical data analysis- Integration of codes within the larger automated data analysis infrastructure

In collaboration with the Institute of Interfacial Process Engineering and Plasma Technology of the University of Stuttgart.Responsibilities:- Operation, maintenance and modification of the Doppler reflectometry microwave diagnostic systems of the ASDEX Upgrade tokamak experiment - Development of several designated experimental programmes for turbulence studies- Statistical data analysis and model comparison using IDL and MATLAB- Presentations of findings at international conferences and in peer-reviewed journals

Fine Machining and Optics Group.Responsibilities:- Experimental research on the polishing behaviour of advanced ceramics - Performance of polishing experiments and optical measurements- Data analysis with Minitab and MS Excel
