• Develop Annual operational Plan (AOP) and Standard Operational Procedure (SOP’s) for CSR implementation.
• Lead, Manage, Capacitate and Motivate CSR team to contribute their best in CSR implementation.

• Leading CSR programs across the location of GMR Hydro Power Project –Bajoli Holi at district chamba in Himachal Pradesh.
• Develop location based CSR strategy in align with local issues, CSR compliances and Group CSR vision & business strategy.
• Ensure effective operational planning, budget setting and efficiently use of programs fund with close attention to continuously improving return on resource mobilization and minimizing risks.
• Conduct community studies, consultations and participatory discussions to identify the gaps and needs to initiate the CSR programs.
• Manage, lead & capacitate team for study, plan, execution, monitoring & evaluation of actions for positive change.
• Update management providing inputs with progress, achievement, issues and program strategy for people centered plan.
