Ltd at Baddi in Himachal Pradesh as per Schedule-VII, section 135 (Corporate Social Responsibility) of Company Act 2013,.• Develop Plant based CSR road map in align with group CSR vision, Business Dynamics, budget allocation, CSR compliance and Environmental & community based social issues.• Identification of social gaps or problems and prepare prioritization matrix accordingly.• Project formulation and put it in CSR committee for further approval from BOD’s.• Develop Annual operational Plan (AOP) and Standard Operational Procedure (SOP’s) for CSR implementation.• Lead, Manage, Capacitate and Motivate CSR team to contribute their best in CSR implementation.• Meeting with stakeholders (community, CSR partners, Government departments, NGO’s, community based organization/groups and media) and develop effective stakeholders management strategy to provide an enabling environment for CSR implementation and business.• Prepare quality of documents Reports (Monthly, Quarterly, Half and yearly), Board PPT, Case study, Best Initiative, Best practice and CSR Programs movie. • Ensure 100% utilization of CSR budget with high visibility-high impact and branding.

•Leading CSR programs across the location of GMR Hydro Power Project –Bajoli Holi at district chamba in Himachal Pradesh.•Develop location based CSR strategy in align with local issues, CSR compliances and Group CSR vision & business strategy.•Ensure effective operational planning, budget setting and efficiently use of programs fund with close attention to continuously improving return on resource mobilization and minimizing risks. •Conduct community studies, consultations and participatory discussions to identify the gaps and needs to initiate the CSR programs.•Manage, lead & capacitate team for study, plan, execution, monitoring & evaluation of actions for positive change.•Update management providing inputs with progress, achievement, issues and program strategy for people centered plan.•Relationship building with internal and external stakeholders by their effective engagement in CSR initiatives.•Prepare quality reports/ Narrative report, MIS, best case study, best initiative, good practices, annual progress report, location PPT and share or present it within the group and government authorities. •Create corporate visibility by initiating image building and high visibility - high impact innovative social initiatives with awareness & publicity, •Provide support to Project Company in R&R plan implementation, Panchayat NOC compliances and motivate the people to utilize the Local Area Development Fund in community development works.•Partnering with state and district government, resource & like-minded agencies for sustainable CSR initiatives.
