CurrentI oversee the design, engineering, construction, and testing of Air-cooled and Shell and Tube heat exchangers, ensuring compliance with standards including ASME Sec VIII Div-1, CSA B51, ASME Sec II Parts A, C & D, ASME Sec V, ASME Sec IX, ASME PCC-1&2, TEMA, CSA S16, CSA G40.20/G40.21, CSA W47.1, CSA W59, API 661, API 660, NACE, and customer specifications.As a Project Manager, my responsibilities include managing the project budget, schedule, and quality to enhance profitability, exceed customer expectations, and strengthen customer relationships. My role involves:• Reviewing and analyzing Purchase Orders and technical packages to ensure alignment with the project schedule and team inputs.• Coordinating with Sales, Estimating, Engineering/Drafting, Document Control, and customers through kick-off meetings to discuss project scope, methods, constraints, and sequencing, ensuring customer understanding and approval of the project approach.• Focusing on project scope, cost, and schedule to optimize commercial performance, manage customer relationships, and deliver the project on time, within budget, and to quality standards.• Balancing the interests of the company, customer, and industry to deliver products and services as per the contract.• Acting as the main contact point for resolving issues between the customer and internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Drafting, Production, Quality Control, Procurement, Shipping, and Invoicing).• Identifying opportunities to improve end-to-end business processes.• Processing customer change requests according to corporate policies to maintain project viability.• Scheduling regular customer meetings to address issues, ensure payment milestones are met, and manage invoicing.• Reporting project status to customers and EIL, including updates on delivery timelines, budget, and risk escalation. • Ensuring projects meet policies involves overseeing compliance with engineering, drafting, squad checks, and document control.
