I started programming at age 10, hoping that my computer would do my math problems and accidentally taught myself basic algebra. My mother didn't want to pay for off-the-shelf games, so she bought me a $10 telephone-book-sized tome of video game code you had to type in yourself. Of course, it had bugs, so I learned to debug as well. I've held Network Technician, Programmer Analyst, Senior Consultant, Director of IT, and CTO roles throughout my career. Around 2015, I moved into Product Management, Project Management, Delivery Management, and Process Optimization. When I am not delivering great user experiences, you can find me gardening, training my dog, and raising teenagers.
