Worked with area sales representative to comprise detailed sales quotations and project specifications using Microsoft Project and Visio for each project. Interfaced with customers to determine business needs, scope and costs of projects.Responsible for architecting, creating, installing and maintaining work process automation, web solutions and imaging applications developed by BizTech Solutions, Inc. for the New England area. Developed applications based on Microsoft technology using VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET and Visual Basic 6.0. Applications included integration with ERP, or other backend system, scanning and indexing applications, workflow and document management conversion applications. Developed in-house front-end web application to interface with Microsoft CRM. Other interfaces included utilizing .NET, XML, COM, ADO.NET and ADO. Created scripts utilizing VBScript and JavaScript in workflow, and other web-based automation applications.Specifically responsible for design, architecture and development of ProMed: an application that image-enables a health information system (Meditech, Affinity) to promote faster and more efficient medical record coding for hospitals.

Developed Windows NT 4.0 Server and Windows 2000 Server automated installation strategy for 500+ server enterprise. Authored Windows 2000 Advanced Server and Windows NT 4.0 Server build scripts, which includes a combination of batch programming language, Windows Host Script and VB Script, automating 95% of the server build. Developed silent installations for all enterprise tools residing on NT/2000 servers. Documented Windows 2000 Advanced Server build, including all answer files, batch files, scripts, automation and application installation processes.
