Nascido em Uba, pequena cidade de Minas Gerais, acompanhei o negócio da minha família crescer e se tornar um dos maiores do país, para depois ir à falência por problemas na sucessão. Essa experiência despertou meu interesse e me fez estudar e trabalhar com sucessão familiar. Mudei-me para São Paulo, onde tive a oportunidade de fundar a 2GET que em 10 anos tornou-se a maior consultoria do segmento no Brasil. em seguida ela foi adquirida pela Heidrick & Struggles, um negócio de proporções inéditas na América Latina.Atualmente, sou Head para a América Latina na Heidrick & Struggles (HSII NASDAQ) apoiando CEOs e empreendedores a liberarem seu potencial e desenvolverem suas equipesSou Alumni de Harvard Business School, atraves do Owners and Management Program, e sou membro do YPO - Young President Organization nos capitulos SP e Miami.-----------------------x------------------------------------------------------x---------------Born in a small town in the countryside of Brazil, I witnessed my family's business grow to become one of the largest in the country, only to later go bankrupt due to succession issues. This experience sparked my interest in and led me to study and work with family business succession. I moved to São Paulo, where I had the opportunity to found 2GET, the first Brazilian consulting firm focused on Executive Search and Leadership Services to have a private equity firm as a partner. After 10 years of building 2GET and making it the largest consulting firm in its segment in Brazil, it was acquired by Heidrick & Struggles, an unprecedented deal in Latin America. I currently serve as Head for Latin America at Heidrick & Struggles (NASDAQ HSII), supporting CEOs and entrepreneurs in unleashing their potential and developing their teamsI am anAlumni of Harvard Business School, having completed the Owner/President Management Program (OPM-49).
